Printed Collateral Highlight: Brand Book Re-Design
A graphic design project using Adobe InDesign and Canva to refine Project Apis m.’s brand language.
Overview
As Communications Manager, my background in design allowed me to take the lead on branding updates. When I joined PAm in 2023, the existing brand book was outdated and underutilized. After interviewing staff, I discovered that unclear guidelines led to inconsistent messaging and visuals across materials—especially in recurring presentations—making the organization appear disorganized.
To address this, I redesigned the brand book to be more practical, visually cohesive, and easy to implement across all platforms.
Showcased high-resolution images of bees and beekeeping processes
Featured significant quotes from notable beekeepers
Included an interactive “Find the PAm Bee” game for added engagement
Integrated important PAm dates, such as open research call dead

Printed Collateral Highlight: Calendar Project

Overview
This was a fun and creative project to design a visually engaging calendar for Project Apis m.’s leadership team—composed of beekeepers and agriculture specialists—as a thank-you gift for their volunteer service. Using Adobe Illustrator and Canva, I created a calendar that:

Printed Collateral Highlight: PAm Event Booth Re-Design
A portable, professional booth system designed for Project Apis m. and Seeds for Bees® to enhance presence at conferences.
Overview
For the September 2023 trade show season, I led the redesign of Project Apis m.’s booth to create a cohesive, travel-friendly display that reflected our updated brand language. The previous setup was outdated, featuring an old logo, a small towel-sized sign, and an overall disorganized look—missing the opportunity to make a strong impression at industry events.
Working with Development Director Sara Brown, I helped design a 10’x10’ booth system with branded signage and adaptable components to fit different event spaces. The final design improved professionalism, brand consistency, and engagement, making the booth more inviting for potential donors and industry partners.
This process was also mirrored for the Seeds for Bees® team, with a slightly smaller setup tailored to their specific conference needs.
