Conducted in-depth interviews to showcase storytelling and active listening skills

My Role

A key aspect of effective communication is the ability to ask the right questions and engage in meaningful conversations. For this project, I:

  • Designed structured interview frameworks – Ensured conversations remained insightful and goal-oriented

  • Practiced active listening – Encouraged authentic dialogue and thoughtful follow-ups

  • Extracted key takeaways – Summarized and highlighted impactful moments for clarity

  • Edited in Adobe Premiere Pro – Enhanced the final video with smooth cuts, audio balancing, and engaging visuals

Tools

  • Videos were edited in Adobe Premiere and intro and outros were built using Canva software. Videos were uploaded to PAm social media and PAm YouTube channel.

PAmily Chats

An interview with a former Project Apis m. staff member, highlighting the importance of maintaining strong relationships with past employees during their transition. This conversation provides insights into their experience working with Project Apis m., offering valuable perspectives on organizational structure, project execution, and team dynamics to promote transparency and continuous learning.

Interview conducted and edited on October 3, 2024.

Booth Schedule & Event Management

Managed booth logistics, scheduling, and engagement at industry events.

My Role

When attending conferences, I took on multiple roles beyond communications, including:

  • Event setup & teardown – Ensuring a professional and inviting booth presence

  • Public speaking & networking – Delivering the PAm pitch to beekeepers unfamiliar with our work

  • Scheduling & adaptability – Coordinating team schedules and adjusting as needed when plans changed

This hands-on experience strengthened my event coordination, communication, and problem- solving skills, ensuring PAm made the most of its industry presence. See the full booth schedule plan and images from the events below.

Planning & Organization

My Role

Beyond communications and design work, one of the ongoing challenges at PAm was long-term strategic planning. To address this, I built:

  • A roadmap – Set clear objectives and milestones for outreach efforts

  • Established KPI tracking – Defined measurable success indicators, (data only no-design)

  • Implemented organizational tools – Streamlined workflows for efficiency

  • Develop Monthly Reports - Educate the team on paid vs organic marketing quarterly

Tools

  • All work was created in the Microsoft Office Suite and added to our processes and procedures guide as a yearly practice. More advanced software like google analytics was not in the budget for this year but was a goal to move to as a next step.
